| Shipping Details Orders will be sent via post or courier to all UK destinations only, please note that upon delivery a signature will be required.
The delivery service operates from Monday to Friday between 8 am - 6 pm, a specific time for delivery can not be stipulated.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day.
Please allow five working days for delivery of goods from point of purchase for any orders made within the UK and ten working days for any orders made throughout the rest of Europe, please note these are working days not including weekend or UK public holidays.
Delivery charges are as follows
The cost of shipping is based on order weight. You have a choice of shipping methods from Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery and Courier services.
Goods must be checked on arrival and any shortage or damage must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns Policy
Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.
Items must be in their original unused condition;
Items must be sent in their original packaging;
Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
Returns must include a completed Returns Form (to be found with the delivered goods) and the invoice
Items must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent
separately.
We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. Postage for retuned items is the customers reponsibility. (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
Fugazi Clothing will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process.
Please note that all refunds and exchanges must be requested through our website.
We will refund the original credit card charged only. (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately).
Fugazi Cloting accept no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommend all returns be sent by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.
Sale items will only be Refunded or Credit note issued to the sale value.
Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return.
Once Fugazi Clothing receives processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be processed according to the criteria stated above.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
The Checkout includes all details and prices for your order including delivery costs, when you complete the order it will be confirmed by email. You may cancel your order in writing by letter within 7 days; if your order has been shipped then you will be liable for the delivery and the return postage. A full refund will be issued for the value of the goods (Goods must be returned as sold unused, otherwise a re-stocking fee may be applicable). Refunds are processed within 28 days.
